For handling large traffic, ensure proper indexing, optimize Redis and Elasticsearch configurations, and set up worker thread pools efficiently. Environment variables can be used to configure Redis and Elastic connections.

What are some worker thread pools to optimize. We have many System Http Task which needs to be executed but see lag between Http Task scheduled.
